MLE's new TL65CR

Man & Material Lift Engineering (MLE) was contacted by an aerospace company to design and engineer a specialized lift that would assist with spacecraft launch.

The tower lift 65-foot clean room (TL65CR) will be used for inspection and preparation of spacecraft prior to deployment and has the ability to lift materials up to 65 feet.

For barrell inspection, the TL65CR features a specialized platform, proportional control, platform work lights, a jib arm for local control, 72-foot reach and 360 degree mast rotation. Whereas if the unit is lifting material, it has a 300-pound platform capacity, fold-down ramps, ground pendant controls, sealed enclosers and is a class 10,000 clean room.
