Concluded by the Italy-based company last summer following six months of internal collaboration, the project will see 35 tutorials launched that aim to promote the correct use of truck mounted platforms.

Each tutorial comes in two parts, one on the correct use of the machine in safety and one on the individual model. Tutorials can be accessed via a QR code embedded on participating models.

The company says the safety video has common general elements relating to the inspection of the work area, PPE to be worn, reading the manual and correct stabilisation.

The next chapter covers stabilisation/destabilisation, power take-off, cabin functions, ground and basket controls.

The tutorials, which the company says will help customers familiarise themselves with its machines, are available in Italian, English, French and German.

Machine and safety tutorials can be completed between 6 and 8 minutes. Multitel says that it plans to expand the tutorials in the coming months to include tracked platforms.
