The company’s subsidiary in Germany remains open and essential sales and service support are being guaranteed in its two major markets of France and the UK.

“The restart has been allowed in respect of the rules and the safety protocols established by Italian authorities. This is to ensure employees return to work in safe conditions,” said the company. This includes sanitation of all work areas, the use of personal protection equipment (PPE) and social distancing, all of which will be insisted upon.

The company added that it will take further steps to ease production and the wider business in line with authorities in the relevant countries, concerning Covid-19.
