UK-based Nationwide Platforms has provided a fleet of six platforms to the St Helens RLFC Langtree Park stadium for annual maintenance works.

Nationwide Platforms supplied the 18,000-seater stadium with three Genie 28 m telescopic booms and a 25 m articulating boom to work on stadium paintwork. A Niftylift HeightRider 12 will be used for working at heights of up to 12 m, while Nationwide Platforms’ 70 m Bronto truck mount will be used for the maintenance of high level lighting at the facility.

The £25 million stadium, which doubles as Liverpool FC’s reserve team home ground, opened in January 2012. Work on the stadium will be concluded ahead of the 2013 rugby league season.
