Nesco expands nationwide fleet

27 June 2011

Indiana-based Nesco Sales and Rentals has acquired the remainder of Terex Utilities' equipment rental fleet in Virginia, Tennessee and Texas.

"The purchase strengthens Nesco's nationwide fleet capabilities, and provides customers access to more than 1,500 pieces of equipment, plus a nationwide parts and service network," Nesco said.

The acquisition, coming just months after the western region Terex Utilities purchase, offers customers more transmission and distribution equipment options across the country. In addition, Nesco will apply the same approach as the previous transaction to ensure customers a seamless transition between companies.

"By adding additional equipment, we reinforce Nesco as a one-stop provider for utilities equipment," said Rob Troxel, Nesco's chief executive officer.
