Baltem AS, a Sumitomo Corp subsidiary company and main Komatsu dealer for Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia, has been appointed by Sandvik Construction as a distributor of the latter’s range of mobile crushers and screens, in addition to providing full aftermarket care, spare parts and customer service. Headquartered in Talinnin, Estonia, Baltem was established in 1999 and now has offices, workshops and service engineers throughout these Baltic countries.

Sandvik Construction’s distributor manager Kauko Juuri said of the appointment: “We are sure that the combination of Sandvik equipment and global aftermarket support, together with Baltem’s local knowledge, customer and industry expertise, will enable our customers throughout the area to benefit from a winning combination.”
