Bobcat's new 329 Mid-Range mini-excavator has an operating weight of 3,34 tonnes and a maximum digging depth of 3,1 m.

Designed for operator comfort and easy operation, the 329 is 1,54 m wide, 2,36 m high and is 4,88 m long. Powered by a 20,6 kW Kubota D1703 diesel engine operating at 2400 rpm, the 329 provides a breakout force over the bucket cylinder of 30 KN and a breakout force over the dipperstick cylinder of 17 KN.

Maximum dump height is 3,18 m and maximum reach at ground level is 4,87 m. The boom swings 90° left and 50° right, while the dozer blade is 1,54 m wide.

Several buckets are available, with widths from 330 to 990 mm, and capacities from 0,034 to 0,11 m3. A dual-outlet variable displacement piston pump, with gear pumps, providing 53 litres/minute of auxiliary flow, drives the hydraulic system. Travel speed is a maximum 3 km/hour.
