CAMAC released two new hoists at SMOPyC: Eurolift with a global control system and the Smart hoist for tubular scaffolds.

The CGS (Control Global System) on the Eurolift hoist electronically communicates between the hoist and remote locations providing status, fault diagnostic, and control information.

Two hoist cabins are available: one has a 1200 kg capacity and top speed of 60 m/min; the other has a capacity of 1500 kg and top speed of 40 m/min.

Also new from CAMAC was the Smart rack and pinion hoist, the only one, it says, intended to work with tubular scaffolds. The Smart hoist allows use of either a basket internally or externally to the scaffolding, depending on user need. Furthermore, the hoist has an electric cable winder that facilitates the removal of the cable when this is not being used.
