New CEO at Allu
02 July 2015
Jarmo Jonninen has been appointed as CEO of Allu Group with effect from July 1, 2015, replacing Kauko Pylvas, who retired on June 30 after 26 years with the company. Jarmo has been with Allu since 1989 and latterly was financial and human resources director for the Group, which consists of ALLU Finland Ltd (screener crusher business), ALLU Stamix Ltd (stabilisation business) and Ideachip Machine Ltd (imports shredders and chippers to Finland).
During Kauko's tenure, all the companies in the Group have grown steadily, especially internationally. Today Allu has offices in Sweden, Germany, France, USA, UAE and China. In addition, its dealer distribution network covers more than 30 countries and over 90% of its own production is exported outside Finland. Kauko has agreed to be available for the board and for special assignments as needed.
Kauko said: ”years with Allu have given me a lot and I have had the possibility to meet a lot of people and participate to a wide range of different kind of projects. I feel honoured and thankful and secured that the company is now in good hands."
