Designed for use on excavators with an operating weight between 21 and 30 tonnes, it can be used in primary, secondary and selective demolition applications. Compact, easy to handle, reliable and safe, according to FRD, the VMX22ER offers 360° rotation and is available with four different jaw-sets - steel cutter, combi cutter, secondary cutter and block cutter.

When fitted with the secondary cutter jaw set, the VMX22ER has a maximum weight of 2,320 kg (5,104 lb), with the main body of the tool weighing in at 1,202 kg (3,311 lb) and is manufactured from Hardox 400 steel throughout. One key feature of the new tool is that jaw set changes can be carried out in just one minute says FRD.
