Rental company Accès Location D’Équipement has started construction of a new headquarters in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Diane Lavoie, mayor of Beloeil, where the facility will be based, was at the event with Accès Location d’Équipement president Harold Dubé to break ground on its construction.

The US$6 million, 31000 square feet state-of-the-art facility is three times larger than its current headquarters and is set in a strategic location. It will be opened in the second quarter of 2017.

"With this new location,” said Mr Dubé, “Accès Location d’Équipement will be able to double its equipment fleet and create twenty new employment opportunities over the next five years.” The company currently has 42 employees.

“The new headquarters will allow the company to better meet the increasing needs of its customers and sustain its strong growth,” added Mr Dubé.
