The TII Group has added a new trailer to its Scheuerle highway trailer series.

The Scheuerle highway trailer MES (modular extra strong) is designed for transporting oversize and concentrated loads in one vehicle, the manufacturer said. It can also be used as a semi-trailer version for everyday jobs.

Roland Fischer, TII sales area manager, said, “Our customers asked for a multifunctional, extra-sturdy but low weight modular solution and we developed it. The Scheuerle highway trailer MES allows a configuration as a semi-trailer for all kinds of everyday’s loads as well as an assembly with two platform trailers for an extremely long load like a splitter column, vessels or a large girder weighing up to 115 tonnes."

Fischer continued, “Hydraulic axles, precise steering also in reverse and lift and lower function to pick up loads are characteristics our customers don`t want to miss anymore. The Scheuerle highway trailer MES conjoins all of them and complements them by a modular reinforced construction concept saving money and opening new business possibilities for our customers."
