New owner for The UK Concrete Show

The Concrete Show The next edition of The UK Concrete Show takes place 20–21 March, 2024

The QMJ Group, organisers of the Hillhead exhibition, have announced the acquisition of The UK Concrete Show.

According to a press release, this will further QMJ’s position as the premier UK event organisers for the quarrying and construction sector.

“We are very excited to take over the UK’s longest-serving and only dedicated trade show for the concrete industry in the UK and Ireland,” said Richard Bradbury, managing director of The QMJ Group.

Bradbury added that the QMJ Group would be leveraging the benefits of the company’s existing Hillhead and brands, as well as offering a range of “new initiatives” that will be introduced to the marketplace over the coming months.

These include the launch of Concrete Connect, a dedicated digital news site for the industry, and a new show website.

The next edition of The UK Concrete Show takes place in the NEC, Birmingham, from 20–21 March 2024.
