Netherlands-based Nooteboom Special Trailers has launched a PXE low-loader trailer with nine axle lines.

The 3+6 Pendel-X combination low-loader is the largest in the manufacturer's catalogue. It is designed to transport heavy loads with a gross combination weight of 196 tonnes at low speed.

With the new 3+6 PXE there is a choice of axle assemblies: inter-dollies, jeep dollies, load floors and goose necks. There is also a deeper and wider excavator trough than on a modular trailer, for transporting tall objects, without having to remove a boom.

The first trailer off the production line was delivered to Danish company Bomholt.
