UK powered access rental firm Nationwide Platforms has been recognised for its work as supplier for the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Nationwide Platforms has been granted a Supplier Recognition Scheme licence from the British Olympic Association (BOA), which gives the company permission to publicise and market its role in supplying powered access platforms to the games.

The deal between the UK government, the BOA and the International Olympic Committee (IOC) is designed to provide a significant boost to the country’s economy by helping firms land contracts on the back of their Olympic involvement.
