There is just one month left before the closing date of the International Construction Project of the Year awards, which will recognise achievements in both large and small scale construction schemes. Download, fill in and return the entry form to enter in the International Construction Project of the Year category or the International Construction Award for Innovative Smaller Schemes.

This year’s awards build on the inaugural prizes in 2013, which saw Brookfield Multiplex win the honours for its work on the construction of the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel in Dubai. The hotel is a twin tower complex that, at 355 m high, broke the Guinness World Record for the World’s tallest dedicated hotel.

The closing date for entries in this year’s competition is June 30, 2015, and schemes eligible for the awards must have been completed in the 18 month period from January 2014 to the closing date.

The International Construction Project of the Year award is for schemes with a contract value of US$ 100 million or more. The International Construction Award for Innovative Smaller Schemes is for projects costing less than US$ 100 million.

In choosing the winning entries, judges will particularly look for examples of client & customer satisfaction along with a commitment to safety, efficiency, professionalism and innovation in each entry. As part of this, entries should be accompanied by a statement of support from the client.

Companies can submit entries for both categories using separate forms. However, companies may only enter one project in each category.

The shortlist in both awards categories will be announced in September and the winning entries will be announced in November. The winners will be decided by an independent judging panel nominated by iC and input to the judging process will include a poll of iC’s readers.

The closing date for entries is 30 June, 2015. CLICK HERE to download the entry form
