Us: Specialist truck manufacturer Oshkosh Truck Corporation has announced plans to acquire Iowa-based truck crane manufacturer Iowa Mold Tooling (IMT) for US$ 131 million. Oshkosh, whose products include concrete truck mixers and batching plants, said that the acquisition would “add truck-mounted cranes to the product line and offer opportunities for integrating crane technology into other Oshkosh products.
