Dover Corporation, a US-based manufacturing company has acquired Paladin Brands Holding from private equity company Norwest Equity Partners. The value and terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Paladin manufactures more than 50 product types, including buckets, augers, quick couplers and demolition tools. Its brands include Badger, Bradco, C&P, FFC, Genesis, Harley, JRB, Jewell, McMillen, Pengo, Sweepster and The Major. Last year it and had sales last year of US$ 350 million.
