Peab has won a SEK 106 million (€ 10,4 million) contract awarded by Sweden's National Road Administration to carry out maintenance work on the Stallbacka Bridge over the Gota River in Trollhattan, Sweden.

Work will begin on the 1400 m long bridge this spring.

A statement from Peab said maintenance work would be carried out in three phases to minimise disruption to traffic.

Peab expects to complete the work by August 2012.
