Peri appoints new UK director

Scaffolding manufacturer Peri has appointed Paul Browne as regional director of its northern team in the UK.

In his new role, Mr. Browne is responsible for Peri’s operations in the north of England, Northern Ireland and Scotland.

Mr Browne joins Peri from Lafarge Tarmac where he was the commercial manager for the ready-mix business in Scotland and responsible for implementing the sales strategy through the external and internal sales teams. He will be based at Peri’s Glasgow offices.

Before that, he worked for Grace Construction Products as area sales manager for Scotland, managing the commercial performance of the concrete chemicals and structural building materials businesses.

Mr Browne is currently national president of The Concrete Society.
