Phil Scudder joins General Equipment

US manufacturer General Equipment Company has appointed Phil Scudder as national sales manager.
Mr Scudder joins the family-owned business after a career with construction tools manufacturer Benner-Nawman, where he held the post of vice president of sales.
In his new role, Mr Scudder will be responsible for the development and coordination of sales and marketing for both national and independent accounts. He will also oversee General Equipment’s network of sales representative organisations in North America.
A graduate of St Petersburg College in St Petersburg, Florida, Mr Scudder has worked in the construction equipment industry since 1982 and has more than two decades of experience in professional sales management.
General Equipment Company manufactures earth augers, ventilation blowers, asphalt cutters and surface preparation equipment.
