US special aerial platform manufacturer, MLE (Man Lift Engineering) has been asked to develop a specialised lift for the inspection and preparation of spacecraft prior to launch. The lift needs to lift personnel and equipment to 19.8 m (65 ft) and have a 1.8 m (72 in) outreach with a 360 deg mast rotation.

The lift designated TL 65CR must be suitable for a clean room environment Class 10000 and has proportional controls.
