BrandSafway and SafwayAtlantic have acquired the assets of Brooklyn-based All-Safe, LLC.

SafwayAtlantic, a BrandSafway company, delivers access solutions in the New York, New Jersey and Chicago metropolitan markets.

All-Safe provides turnkey hoisting, scaffolding, shoring and bracing as well as jobsite protection solutions for commercial construction projects.

“This acquisition will strengthen our presence in the New York/New Jersey area,” said Keith Lynch, president of SafwayAtlantic. “All-Safe is a strong player in our market and is known for safely handling complex urban access challenges. All-Safe is a great fit for SafwayAtlantic.”

All-Safe’s operations – hoist and scaffold solutions supported by full in-house engineering, permit expediting and hands-on project management – will be merged into SafwayAtlantic’s organization.

“We look forward to combining our assets and expertise with SafwayAtlantic, a leader in delivering comprehensive, world-class urban access solutions,” said Dan O’Brien, co-owner of All-Safe. “This is an exciting opportunity for our business and employees to thrive and grow.”

All-Safe is a privately held company, which has been owned and operated since 1996 by Dan O’Brien and Martin O’Donovan.

Moving forward, All-Safe customers will be able to continue working with their current contacts.
