Arabian Consolidated Contractors acquired the first 1,200 tonne capacity Liebherr LTM 11200-9.1 wheeled mobile telescopic crane in Saudi Arabia

Arabian Consolidated Trading has taken delivery of the first 1,200 tonne capacity Liebherr LTM 11200-9.1 in Saudi Arabia.

ACT is a leading heavy haulage company in Saudi Arabia. Hassan Mohamed Al-Naimi, ACT president, received his new crane in a handover ceremony at the Liebherr production plant in Ehingen, Germany. Hassan Al-Naimi said primary application for the new crane with its 100 m boom will be construction and maintenance of oil and gas refineries and in the heavy haulage sector.

The new LTM 11200-9.1 is the largest crane owned by ACT, which operates 100 cranes, 25 of which are Liebherrs. Jubail-based ACT has branches in Dubai, Riyadh, Dammam and Yanbu, and employs 350 people.
