Lifting solutions company Scholpp, headquartered in Germany, has ordered three Greiner telescopic gantries worth about € 1 million (US$1.4 million).

The TG 160, TG 320 and TG 620 four-legged models will have an electronic stroke control system and a compensating system to control side loads.

A Scholpp spokesperson explained that, “Since most of the gantries available on the market have wheels which are fixed to the gantry body, our systems have pendulum axles. Therefore, all four wheel-sets of one tower are carrying the same load. This makes it easier to optimize the floor load under the gantry track.”

The gantries will be delivered in the next three months and will help keep Scholpp among the European leaders of the indoor lifting sector, according to the company.
