Service top up from Terex Cranes

13 December 2010

Terex Cranes has introduced the 'Service Plus' Support Line, which has been available to customers throughout Europe since 1 December, 2010.

Service Plus comes in addition to the company's existing telephone service and provides non-stop, around-the-clock, Europe-wide assistance designed for a faster spare parts service and general advice.

"The Service Plus Support Line is available in five languages - English, German, Spanish, French and Italian. Once customers have placed an initial call, they will be able to rely on direct feedback from one of our local cranes specialists," said Frank Schröder, Terex Cranes director parts and service. "Availability and responsiveness are key elements for us in order to keep our customers' cranes up and running by offering the right advice and spare parts service at the right time."
