Sinoboom agrees TVH deal

Access equipment manufacturer Sinoboom BV has signed a new partnership with parts specialist TVH.

Under the agreement, TVH which has 81 branches worldwide, serving more than180 countries, will provide a comprehensive spare parts supply and service for all Sinoboom’s operations across Europe. 

The partnership will be active from the fourth quarter 2021, and does not cover warranty, which will still be handled directly by Sinoboom.

Sinoboom’s strategy
Tim Whiteman, CEO of Sinoboom BV, the Chinese manufacturer’s European subsidiary, said, “This partnership agreement is an important step in Sinoboom’s strategy. Our aim always is to provide a comprehensive and reliable service to our expanding customer base, and we recognize that for our customers, minimising machine downtime is a top priority.

“The efficient service TVH provides is well known throughout the industry, and this will further boost confidence in the Sinoboom brand and service.”

The announcement was made at day two of the Vertikal Days event in Peterborough, England.
