Skanska's sales for 2004 were SEK 121 billion (€ 13,3 billion), a –9% decline on the previous year. Net profit was SEK 2,65 billion (€ 291 million), a –4% decline on 2003. Despite these disappointments, the company's order position improved. It had bookings of SEK 116 billion (€ 12,7 billion) at the end of the year, a +2% improvement
