SmartEquip signs up Atlantic

Atlantic Aerials, based in New Jersey, US, has entered into an agreement to access SmartEquip’s Network.

By utilising SmartEquip’s Enterprise application, in conjunction with its existing rental management software FocalPoint by Visum, Atlantic Aerials is looking to streamline its service rental fleet utilisation.

Atlantic Aerials is the first FocalPoint Software customer to use the SmartEquip Network. FocalPoint by Visum is a rental software that provides before-and-after-the-sale support.

Bob Palamara, owner of Atlantic Aerials said, “As the owner of a mid-sized rental company I am continually looking for ways to improve efficiency, accuracy and expenses. Our parts procurement and management area needed an update, as the technicians and parts department were always operating in conflict rather than partnership.”

Focal Point automatically generates purchase orders, inventory control, pricing on the software side, and allows the company to place orders.
