Snorkel has launched a brand-new, global website that features a totally revamped user interface and new online features that aim to ease visitors’ experiences.

Snorkel’s new site is fully optimized for mobile devices.

The new features include access to The Platform, Snorkel’s new online parts ordering system and interactive technical publications library. “This highly efficient, easily searchable resource provides fast access to locating and ordering spare parts anywhere in the world, anytime, as well as the ability to access a significant library of Snorkel manuals, bulletins, schematics and other technical documents in minimal time,” the company said.

Snorkel also debuted The Toolbox on its new website, which is an online blog of exclusive Snorkel content focused on getting the most from Snorkel lifts. The company said it will be regularly updated and will feature a variety of videos and articles on service, maintenance and operation of Snorkel products, direct from Snorkel’s global team of product support experts.

A new password-protected brand center has also been created, providing access to Snorkel logos, photos, videos and other materials to assist customers and dealers to easily promote their Snorkel equipment.

The new website also has completely redesigned product pages, with new product videos and detailed photo galleries. The quote request process has been simplified with the addition of a ‘quote basket,’ where users can place all items that they are interested in and simply request a quote using a single form. The Snorkel dealer locator has also been enhanced, now including branch maps, opening hours and services offered.

Matthew Elvin, CEO at Snorkel, said, “The new Snorkel global website is another step in our mission to continuously improve the customer experience. The fresh design is right up-to-date, but still affords the approachability and simplicity that our customers have come to expect from Snorkel.

“This is a great way to start our 60th year in business, and I am incredibly proud to be celebrating such a milestone in our history.”
