Kevin Belflower has been appointed president and chief financial officer at Stafford Equipment in the USA. Having been with Stafford since 2005, when he joined as regional vice president for the Georgia locations, Belflower increased market share in both the construction and agricultural markets.

In 2007 he was appointed to senior vice president and sales manager for the entire Stafford company. "Kevin Belflower has made our organization better in every capacity that he has served," said DeNean Stafford, president and CEO and chairman of the board for Stafford Development Co., Stafford's parent company. "By appointing him as president and CEO of Stafford, we are positioning ourselves for an even stronger future."

Prior to joining Stafford, Belflower sold Caterpillar equipment for Carlton Company in Georgia.
