Stavdal expands with Genie order

Taking the second delivery of Genie machines in less than 18 months, Swedish rental company Stavdal has received the final units of a recent order of 71 Genie booms and scissor lifts, offering working heights from 5.8 m to 38 m.

This order included the new 11.75-m bi-energy Genie GS-3369BE scissor lift and 20-m all-electric Genie Z-60/37 DC articulating boom.

Since the new year Stavdal has also ordered 67 more Genie Z-30/20N RJ and Z-34/22DC articulating booms, S-85 telescopic booms, GS-1932 and GS-2646 scissor lifts and compact GTH-2506 telehandlers.

For Stavdal, is ranked as one of the fastest growing rental fleets in Sweden, it has also invested in the Genie Service Solutions (GSS) Planned Maintenance package.

“With uptime at an all-time high of 99.7%, downtime at an average of just 0.03%, which has resulted in 18 extra rental days a year for each machine, the advantages of our GSS Planned Maintenance contract speak for themselves,” said Mikael Olsson, CEO Stavdal AB, Vastra Frolunda, Sweden.
