“This acquisition marks a significant milestone for Stellar, and we’re so grateful for this incredible opportunity,” said Dave Zrostlik, president, Stellar. “Elliott’s team and their top-notch products are a natural fit for Stellar, and together we’re excited to reach new heights in serving our customers.”

Zrostlik highlighted that integrating Elliott’s lineup of fuel and lube trucks with Stellar’s service truck line will allow the company to offer a broader range of solutions for customers with specific equipment needs. By adding Elliott’s specialized equipment, Stellar can better serve overlapping markets, offering expanded choices across the mining, construction and oil and gas sectors.

With Elliott’s main office and manufacturing facility staying in Galion, OH, Stellar is dedicated to maintaining local jobs and supporting the region’s economic stability, the company said.
