Sunbelt acquires Tower Tech rental division

US rental company Sunbelt has expanded with the acquisition of portable cooling towers supplier Tower Tech’s rental division.

Sunbelt Rentals, which is owned by Ashtead Group, said Tower Tech would continue to own the manufacturing and sales side of the business.

The news comes after Sunbelt reported a positive start to the year, and its parent company said its strategy of organic growth and bolt-on acquisitions was helping fuel improvements.
