Superior Industries acquires GreyStone Inc

On June 3, Superior Industries Inc, headquartered in Minnesota, USA, announced the purchase of family-owned washing, classifying and dewatering manufacturer GreyStone Inc, based in Columbus, Nebraska. The full line of washing/screening plants, sand classification tanks and systems, dewatering screws, coarse material washers, log washers, computer control systems, water clarifiers, rotary and vibrating screens, blade mills, dewatering screens, twin jets and cutter heads will still be manufactured at this location. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Superior manufactures bulk material handling equipment and conveyor components such as stackers, transfer conveyors, feed systems, washing and classifying systems and shiploading equipment plus idlers, pulleys and accessories. Superior also manufactures from additional plants in Arizona, Georgia and Nebraska.
