Electronic hoist monitoring system NovaMaster offers a long and safe service life for industrial hoists, says manufacturer SWF.

According to the German crane and lifting company the system monitors lifting gear parameters and calculates the load on the hook. It also protects the hoisting motor from overload and continuously monitors the safe working period (SWP).

Data is displayed on the NovaMaster's push button pendant control and includes safe working period, total number of starts, total operating time, average calculated load, SWP of the lifting brake and error messages.

According to SWF the product protects components and hoisting brakes against wear by choosing the lowest lifting speed, while offering a range of additional benefits.
