Terex appoints Oman dealer

International Integrated Equipment has been appointed as dealer for Terex’s RT range as well as its Franna pick and carry cranes in Oman.

The new partnership was announced at a ceremony at IIE’s head office in Muscat.

Terex rough terrain cranes are designed and assembled at Terex Italia’s manufacturing facility in Crespellano, Italy whereas Franna pick and carry cranes are manufactured in Australia.

Ajit S Nair, head of sales for Middle East and Asia at Terex RT and Franna division, said, “The Middle East is an important region for Terex, in terms of current and future potential. It is imperative to have the right partner; IIE, a Suhail Bahwan Group, is a highly reputed organisation, has the market know how and is focused on customer service.”

A senior spokesperson at International Integrated Equipment said, “We are very delighted to partner with Terex to cater in various business sector or applications in Oman ie. oil & gas, construction, shipping and logistics, power plants, material handling, military applications and mining.”
