Terex AWP appoints new marketing chief

Terex Aerial Work Platforms (AWP), a business segment of Terex Corporation, has appointed Susan Swirsley as vice president, global marketing, reporting to Terex AWP president, Matt Fearon.
Ms Swirsley is responsible for leading Terex AWP’s marketing activities globally, including branding, public relations, advertising, promotions, digital marketing, trade shows, guest visits, channel development and the business segment’s internal and external communications.
She will also work with the Terex AWP team to introduce new tools and technologies to help provide customer insights, and will work closely with the company’s sales organisation.
Ms Swirsley brings to the role more than 25 years of experience in corporate marketing, having worked for The Dial Corporation, Alberto Culver and Weyerhaeuser. Prior to her appointment by Terex AWP, she led her own marketing consulting company.
