M & M Crane Hire in the UK taking delivery of its new Terex Demag AC 120-1

M & M Crane Hire in Uxbridge, UK took delivery of a new 140 tonne capacity Terex Demag AC 120-1 all terrain crane in October and put it straight to work.

Its 60 m main boom and 17 m fly jib means "the machine can cover the work of a larger crane with less on site disruption," according to Terex Demag UK. The AC 120-1 has a 2.75 m wide carrier.

M & M wanted a machine to complement an existing AC 200-1. Commonality for operators and servicing was a further benefit. Further investment by M &M includes orders for larger and smaller cranes to be delivered in 2009.
