A new generation tracked compact crusher is now available from MFL in the shape of the RCI100 100T impact unit that offers a maximum throughput of 170 tonnes per hour, depending on the feed material. This 35 tonne unit can be used to process a range of materials, from natural stone through to demolition debris, asphalt and gravel. Where demolition debris is concerned, maximum feed size is 600 x 600 x 200 mm (24 x 24 x 8 inch) with up to 85% of end product being produced to grain sizes 0/30-0./50 mm (0/1.2 - 0/2 inch).

The crusher unit has an inlet opening of 1,020 x 670 mm (40 x 27 inch) and features a rotor diameter and rotor width of 1,000 mm (39.4 inch). A hydraulic impact element lifting device comes as standard to avoid possible damage from oversize. Optional extras include a grinding path in addition to the standard impact element as well as an additional finger screen for more reliable pre screening. A rigid, lateral conveyor is also an option.

The new machine also sports an all-new MFL colour scheme - while still green and yellow, MFL has gone for a stronger shade of the former.
