The work was commissioned by KGL Contractors Partnership – a joint venture partnership between construction companies Kiewit, Graham and Ledcor to build 45 bridge structures on the southwest portion of the ring road.

Mammoet will handle more than 1,000 girders and hoist them into place. In addition to a selection of trailers, Mammoet will use cranes ranging in capacity from 65 to 500 tonnes. Mammoet’s scope is scheduled for completion in early 2020, with the southwest portion of the ring road expected to be open to traffic in 2021.
