Time France ceases to operate

The French, Spanish, Portuguese and Northern African Versalift distributor Time France will no longer sell and distribute Versalift vehicle mounted access platform.

The name Time France ceases to exist as the company continues its operations under a new name with a competing range of van and truck mounted access platforms.

As a result, Time Manufacturing Company (TMC) said it had cancelled the distributor contract for Time France from 1 April and after which all cooperation between the two companies will stop.

Time Export, the export division of TMC, said it will announce a new distribution and service strategy for the affected geographical regions shortly. "It is a priority to Time Export that customers remain unaffected during the transition away from Time France.

"All owners and end users of Versalift access platforms in the affected areas are therefore encouraged to contact Time Export directly to ensure the correct service and maintenance programme for their units moving forward."

Time France was the exclusive Versalift distributor for 15 years in France and for six years in Spain.
