At Arcomet in Belgium, Philippe Cohet has been promoted to chairman of the executive committee. He joined the company, one of the world’s largest tower crane rental companies, in March 2014 as vice chairman of the executive committee.

Cohet replaces Arcomet chairman, Dirk Theyskens, who is resigning for personal reasons and to focus on other business interests. Theyskens will stay on the committee until the end of 2014 and he will also remain on the board as a shareholder. The other Arcomet executive committee members are Jack Hansoul, chief operating officer, and Stefaan Monteyne, chief financial officer.

Previously Cohet worked at Manitowoc and tower crane manufacturer Potain in France for ten years.
