Italian manufacturer FMgru will launch three tower cranes as part of a new range at SAIE

FMgru will present new tower cranes at the SAIE exhibition in Italy during October.

Biggest is the 8 tonne capacity 1465TLX, with maximum under hook height of 18 metres and 45 m jib.

The model 724 RBI V1-K will be the centre peice of the Italian manufacturer's booth. It is described as an innovative self erecting tower crane with four adjustable telescopic stabilisers. This means the crane can be raised above the ground by up to 1.2 m, which assists loading and unloading, as well as job site positioning, said the company.

FMgru will also launch its biggest self erecting tower crane, the model 1140 RBI. It has a 40 m jib with a tip load capacity of 1.1 tonnes. On two falls of rope capacity is 3 tonnes at 17.3 m, while capacity on four falls is 5 tonnes at 11.10 m.

The 1140 RBI, in standard configuration, reaches a maximum height of 24 m. It can be transported using a single truck, added the company.
