Manufacturer Tracto-Technik said it would showcase tools for the maintenance and development of complex urban underground supply networks at Bauma.

The company manufactures no-dig products for the trenchless installation and renewal of pipes, and said it would showcase further developments for installing property service connections using the Grundomat displacement hammers – including the new Grundomat N version, which can be equipped with a crowned or a stepped head.

The Grundopit K will also be on show; which can be used for installing, repairing and renewing property service connections from a keyhole access with a maximum diameter of only 650mm.

And the new Grundopit 6V mini bore rig will also be introduced, boasting improved paddle function, and precise steering during the bore process even in difficult soil conditions.

Horizontal Directional Drill rigs will also be on show, in the form of the company’s Grundodrill range, while the Grunoram steel pipe ramming machines will be on display, together with the company’s Grundocrack pipe renewal system and Grunoburst pipe bursting system, among an array of other tools.

Taking place in Munich, Germany, from 11 to 17 April, Bauma is the largest construction equipment exhibition in the world.
