Trevi Benne has supplied two processors to the Italian army for use on Komatsu excavators

The excavators, supplied by local dealer GIS to the site at Amatrice, have been tested and equipped by the ministry of defence as suitable for working at night.

Both processors supplied to the army have a pulveriser kit indicated for reducing concrete elements, while separating the reinforcing bar from concrete. They also have a shear kit for cutting iron such as section bars, sheets and pipes.

Trevi Benne visited the site to train army staff in the correct use of the rotating pulveriser multi kit and about coupling and uncoupling of the two interchangeable kits.

The Italian Army will use the machines both at home and overseas.
