Andrea Jaworski, human resource manager for Trico Lift in Millville, NJ, has been named the Delaware Valley Regional Society of Human Resource Manager's 2012 HR Rising Star.

The award is presented to a professional with less than eight years of experience in the field.

Jaworski was nominated by her Society of Human Resource Manager (SHRM) peers and referred by Chris Carmolingo, chief operating officer of Trico Lift.

Jaworski has worked as HR manager at the privately owned aerial lift and rough terrain forklift providers for four years. Prior to joining Trico Lift she worked as an independent HR consultant.
