Trojan appoints Hefra as a Netherlands distributor

Deep cycle battery specialist Trojan Battery has appointed Accuverkoop Hefra as a distributor for the Netherlands. The company will work alongside Trojan's current distributor Emrol to manage customer sales and support activities.

Mat Segal, senior vice president of global business development for Trojan Battery said, "Trojan Battery's partnership with Hefra enables us to provide expanded sales and technical support services specifically dedicated to customers in the Netherlands.

"By growing our distribution network in this region Trojan can readily meet the demands of customers in a variety of market segments which rely on deep-cycle battery products to operate electrical equipment. With Hefra's operations extending throughout the Netherlands, Trojan is able to provide the high level of support our customers have come to expect from us."

Hefra will supply Trojan's complete line of deep-cycle flooded, AGM and gel batteries for applications in all of Trojan's major market segments including aerial work platform and access.
