US Sale

20 March 2008

Bam Group has said it is in discussions to sell its € 475 million per year US subsidiary Flatiron Construction Corp., which is based in Longmont, Colorado. The potential buyer is said to be an “internationally operating, European construction group.” The decision comes following Bam's 2006 strategic review which set the goal of cementing the company's strong position in Europe, with a target for 2009 of € 10 billion revenues and a pretax profit margin of 4%.
