Wacker Neuson has launched a range of six new tracked dumpers from 500 kg to 2.5 tonnes capacity. They are available with either diesel or petrol engines, and are able to climb slopes as steep as 62°.

The six new models replace a three-machine range Wacker Neuson had previously marketed. They are now available in five weight categories - 500 kg, 800 kg (two models), 1.2 tonnes, 1.5 tonnes and 2.5 tonnes capacity. All are equipped with hydrostatic drive and options include a self-loading scoop for the DT08, DT12 and DT15 models.

Commenting on the two 800 kg models, Steffen Wiesener, product manager at Wacker Neuson Linz said, "The DT08 Proline is a professional user's unit that differs from the standard DT08 by virtue of its more efficient hydraulic system, improved operating and control comfort and a wider range of attachments."

A range of skip options are also available, including standard, rotating and high tip versions. Other variants see the dumpers transformed into site transport vehicles.

The largest, the DT25 features 'steering logic'. This feature means that when the seat is rotated - it can turn through 180° - the direction of travel is always the direction in which the driver moves the joystick.
